    Once the business requirements and objectives have been developed, a systematic review of existing tools can be undertaken. This will often involve feedback from team members using them to understand frustrations and create a wish list of further functionality to add.

  • Stage 3 - Carry Out a Gap Analysis

    The next phase involves the creation of a summary of findings from the review of existing tools, feedback from team members and understanding future requirements. Recommendations are made for future development and are prioritised against potential value added and relative effort required.

  • Stage 4 - Create and Rollout New Tools

    Once priorities are established, a new set of tools can be produced along with necessary training and procedures.
